How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, please email us at support@kayapay.co with the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request”
In your email, include:
The email address associated with your account
Your full name (if applicable)
Any additional details that may help us verify your identity
Verification Process
To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We may contact you for additional information if needed.
What Happens Next
Once your request is verified, we will begin the account deletion process.
Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
